Refund Policy
At Timelight NYC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund terms below.
Service Deposits
• All deposits made to secure service appointments are non-refundable.
• If a client cancels 48 hours or more before a scheduled appointment, the deposit may be credited toward a future service.
Completed Services
• Refunds are not issued for completed services.
• If there is a service issue or concern, please contact us within 7 days of completion.
• We will evaluate the situation and, if appropriate, offer to correct the work or provide partial credit toward future services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We allow one free reschedule per project if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
