Services Timelight NYC provides environmental safety services, including but not limited to lead testing and abatement, mold remediation, asbestos testing and removal, and general renovation services. All services are provided by certified professionals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 2. Booking and Payment     •    Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email.     •    A deposit may be required to confirm service appointments.     •    Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling     •    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.     •    One complimentary reschedule is allowed per project. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee. 4. Refund Policy Please refer to our Refund Policy (#) for full details. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Refunds for completed services are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for:     •    Providing accurate and complete property information.     •    Ensuring safe and accessible work conditions.     •    Complying with any prep instructions provided prior to service. 6. Intellectual Property All content on the Timelight NYC website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Timelight NYC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use of our content without permission is prohibited. 7. Limitation of Liability Timelight NYC is not liable for:     •    Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our website or services.     •    Delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, third-party delays, etc.). 8.
